Billing & Refunds

This page explains how billing and refunds work for WritingMark paid plans. It should be read with our Terms of Service.

1. Billing

2. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal — you keep access until the end of the current paid period, and the current period is not refunded (no mid-month/part-period refunds). For annual plans, cancelling stops the next yearly renewal; the current year is not refunded except as required by law (see section 4). [Confirm annual-plan refund stance with your adviser.]

3. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your account email. We aim to assess requests within 5–10 business days.

4. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our policy above does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our service comes with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded. If the service has a major problem you may be entitled to a refund or other remedy. The “no part-period refund” rule applies to ordinary cancellations, not to failures covered by the ACL.
