NSW Digital Driver’s Licence

We worked with Sabine Deloffre, DDL Principal Product Manager and Rahul Dutta, Director for Digital Products, Identity & Access from Service NSW to architect, automate and secure this platform.
We assisted and implemented tight security requirements within and outside AWS.
We involved in integrating the DDL backend with other government agencies and systems such as Apigee as the API Gateway, Splunk for logging, New Relic for monitoring and a physical HSM for signing and securing the license data.

NSW Covid Safe Check-In

In order to keep NSW people safe while allowing them to visit different places, our consultant collaborated with SNSW Team to developed a solution to safely record people visiting different venues while keeping information private and safe. These records would allow to notify close contact of a covid infection.
Our solution consisted of an API hosted in Salesforce Platform Events to record check-in events in a queue system. Such records would populate information hubs hosted by Salesforce Reports and Dashboards.

Services provided:

Protecht helps organisations through deep understanding, monitoring and management of risk. Protecht chose AWS to deploy Protecht.ERM in the London region.
We were engaged to assist with the automated provisioning of AWS infrastructure as well as the application deployment. We implemented an Ansible-based automation framework which allows the rapid deployment of new customer sites in AWS.

We provided a solution architecture for migrating wordpress based marketing applications to Azure.

We developed an investor portal including an investment workflow, DocuSign integration for contract signing and an ASIC integration to submit 484 form data for share transfers.

We reviewed the use of Atlassian tools including Confluence, Jira and Bamboo. We organised a best practices group training for the different NSW Health Teams.
